Breast Feeding (BF)..

Time passes very fast. Shevonne is 15 mths+ now and she is bf for 15 mths+ too. But recently (since 26 December 2009 night), she refused to bf. I'm so upset.. (I even cried..) :( The feeling is just like she is going to leave me. The close bonding between mother and daughter is going to disappear soon. I'm not sure whether she really want to wean it, or just because she is not feeling very well (flu & cough).

Actually I planned to wean her when I went to Japan (30/10/09-6/11/09). But I was very 'bu se de' to stop.. unfortunately, she planned to stop it now. Hmm.. May be I should think positively, she is growing up now, she wants to be more independent, she wants to try more food etc..

To all the mothers or mother-to-be, breast milk is really very good for our babies. It's the best food for them. So if possible, try bf as long as you can!

Stomachache

Whole night cant sleep well because of this.. Whole body starts to pain, feel like going to sick! I think I should drink more water.. Don't want to spread the virus to my little ones..
